Payments

 

Payments are processed through PayPal, a leading provider of online payments. Your details will be transmitted through encrypted channels and stored on their secure servers. Payments may be also processed through certified online credit card payment system. Possible is also offline payment. If you chose this way of payment we will provide you further information how to pay item over bank transfer. After payment of device  you are not able to cancel your order!

Warranty Policy

 

µ-Trigger purchased come with a limited warranty of 1 year starting from the date of purchase.To make a claim, present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice). Shipping back to our office in Slovenia is not paid by µ-Trigger! For more information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy. Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, along with shipping and handling, will be free within the first 1-year period. µ-Trigger may use rebuilt, reconditioned or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new µ-Trigger product. The µ-Trigger is not waterproof. It should be treated and handled with the care. It should not be dropped and/or exposed to extreme heat or moisture.  

 

 

 

Warrant does not cover:

 

• Disassembled device.

• Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.

• Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage.

• Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on screen.

• Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible…

• Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by µ-Trigger.

• Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by µ-Trigger.

• Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

 

 

Return Policy

 

µ-Trigger is made to the highest standards. But if you are not satisfied with your µ-Trigger product for any reason, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of purchase. Once we approve your request and receive the product, we will give you a full refund minus shipping and handling fees incurred by the return process. Return requests made outside of the 14-day period will not be accepted. We may also choose not to accept returns in the event of:

• Defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, incorrect adjustment, normal wear and tear or incorrect installation after purchase.

• Price fluctuations being the sole reason for return.

• Customized customer contracts

 

 

In all cases, we will inspect the product and verify the fault. To qualify for a replacement or refund, devices must be in "as new" condition and if possible with the original sealed packaging intact. Accessories must be sealed in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product returned is deemed to have been damaged.

Please contact sales(at)u-trigger.com to request a return. Without a verified return request, the returned package will be declined. Once you've contacted µ-Trigger service and requested a return you will be inform with all details on returning device.

Shipping Policy

 

Orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse within 5 business days of payment. Orders made at weekends and on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage. µ-Trigger will keep you updated on your order status via email. Shipping is calculated based on shipping address and shipping method. Please note that customers may be required to pay additional import fees or taxes due to your national import laws.Neither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond their reasonable control (production failure, missing spare parts, itc). We retain our rights to take action at any time in the event of failure to comply with these terms.
